Si bëhet regjistrimi?

Fillimisht klikohet tek “PORTALI I DISKUTIMIT” nga menuja kryesore.  Kur hapet faqja e portalit klikojmë mbi butonin “Regjistrohu” . Në fushat që shfaqen mbushim informacionin përkates, si dhe përcaktojmë Fjalëkalimin. Adresa e emailit e përcaktuar në këtë formular do të përdoret për tu njoftuar në lidhje me aktivitetin e portalit.

Si bëhet Hyrja ne Portal?

Hyrja në Portal bëhet duke klikuar tek “PORTALI I DISKUTIMIT” nga menuja kryesore. Klikojmë butonin “Hyr në Portal”

Pasi shkruajmë Emërtimin dhe Fjalëkalimin, klikojmë logohu. Me anë të këtij hapi mund të aksesojmë portalin me qëllim kryerjen e pyetjeve dhe dhënien e përgjigjeve.

Si mund të bejmë një pyetje?

Pasi kemi hyrë në Portal klikojmë mbi një nga çështjet për diskutim. Klikojmë butonin blu në të djathtë “Bëj një Pyetje”
Tek formulari që do të na shfaqet shkruaj titullin e pyetjes dhe përmbajtjen e saj.
Pas përfundimit klikojmë butonin blu në të djathtë, poshtë formularit “Bëj një Pyetje”

Si mund të kthejmë një përgjigje apo të shtojmë një koment në lidhje me Pyetjen?

Tek menuja e Portalit klikojmë “Çështjet për diskutim“. Klikojmë mbi pyetjen të cilën kërkojmë të japim kontributin tonë, dhe klikojmë butonin “Përgjigje” ose “Koment”, mbushim formularin dhe klikojmë “Përgjigje” ose “Koment” (titulli është i mbushur automatikisht por mund të ndryshohet sipas nevojës).

Si informohemi në lidhje me aktivitetin e diskutimeve të pyetjeve tona të interesit?

Poshtë çdo pyetjeje në të majtë me ngjyrë të kuqe ndodhet teksti “Abonohu  me të rejat me të fundit në lidhje me këtë çështje”

Informimi bëhet nëpërmjet emailit të paraqitur gjatë proçesit te regjistrimit, kështu që ju lutemi të jeni të kujdesshëm në këtë fazë. Emaili juaj mbetet anonim.

Si bëhet vlerësimi i çdo pyetje apo përgjigjeje tuajën.

Çdo anëtar i Portalit të Diskutimit mund të japi vlerësim pozitiv apo negativ për çdo pyetje apo përgjigje, duke konfirmuar kështu përkatesisht rëndësine e kësaj pyetjeje apo dakordësinë në lidhje me përgjigjen e ofruar prej anëtarit të Portalit të Diskutimit. Ky proçes kryhet duke klikuar shigjetat “Lart” dhe “Poshtë” në të majtë të pyetjes apo përgjigjes. Sistemi shton ose zbret me një pikë pyetjen apo përgjigjen.

Shënim:

Emërtimi që ne sugjerojmë për përdorim në Portalin e Diskutimit të jetë: Bashkia+Emrinebashkise (vendos emrin e bashkisë, pa hapësirë), përshembull: BashkiaVorë.
